I was initially hesitant on enrolling in a debt relief program. Although I was keeping up with my monthly payments I didn’t want to “look bad” by missing payments. The first representative that I spoke with was super helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable. He didn’t not pressure me at all into enrolling. After thinking about the pros and cons I committed and I haven’t looked back! The process is very easy and everyone you encounter is helpful and knowledgeable. My account representative is easy to work with, I truly feel like he is advocating for me. Communication is great, I always know about settlement offers and what has been paid off!

When searching for a debt relief company I really liked Pacific Debt Inc because of their years of service in the industry. They are AFCC accredited and have a high rating with the BBB which both appeal to me. I was able to speak to a representative and ask the questions that I had. I ended up going with a different company as Pacific Debt Inc does not operate in my state of Washington.

My name is James Watts. I was with Pacific Blue for about five years, and um it was incredible. I went with this other company, but they were just terrible. They didn't have no personal contact. I'd have to call them all the time. You guys contacted me, walked me through my whole process. I was like $16,000 in debt. It was a lot. Um I work for uh a detention facility who my um background check was very important. You guys help me breeze through that. Thank you very much. My credit score went up 69 points since I finished the whole process, and it was very, very good. I mean, I would have probably lost my job if you guys didn't help me out. So, I'm very thankful for you, and the most important thing is the human element. This was a tough period. You guys walked me through it, and you guys made it much easier and better than I could ever imagine. And, your support staff was just amazing. Julie was my initial contact. Julie Quirk, and she just helped me out so much. So, from one end to the other, I was very satisfied with the service. My credit is back to normal, and it was a long journey. I got myself in such a credit hole that I didn't think there was no way out. And, you guys did what you were supposed to do, and it wasn't that bad. It wasn't that bad. I would recommend this to everyone, and I have recommended it to numerous people. So, whatever it takes, you know people get themselves in situations. Thankfully, there's a service like you that can help you out, and even during my background check there was no questions asked. And, I told him what I was doing. It it just happened to be, it timed itself perfectly. My background, and the end of the payment process was hand- in-hand, and you guys gave me the paperwork to solidify my finances that were all A-okay. My credit score went up. I'm in the process of purchasing a motor vehicle right now, and I wouldn't have done it without you guys' service. So, thank you very much, and I don't know what more I could say, but I would recommend you guys to other people. Like I said, the other service I used was just not fulfilling my needs. You know, especially entering into something like this, you want to know every step of the way what's going on, and you guys did that. You guys, I mean, it was a little bit of hand holding at times, which is fine by me because you know your financial future is very important to the quality of life you're gonna live, and if you don't know, then you're left worrying. And you guys took that factor out for me. So, thank you again. And like I said, I recommend you to my friends and family, and I would say I would use you again if I ever got in this situation. But, let's hope not because you don't want to repeat getting into a dire financial hole, but saving grace, you guys, like I said, walked me through it. And, I had different account managers, and everyone has a different style, but each of you had that bottom line -- my interests at heart. So, you know, whether I needed a report, I needed to know what was going on. Thankfully, on my part I didn't miss a single payment. So, you know it was all timed pretty good, and at the end I got money back. So, I let them know I overpaid some parts, and they sent me to check within a week. So, it was good all the way around. So, what more can I say? This is a testimonial that says you helped. You made a difference -- if not in a bunch of people's lives, at least in my life. So, thank you very much. I'm going on and on. But, you know, people live on a fine line, and we don't know what's going on till we ask for help. And, it just so happens that in the building I was living in -- the right time, right place. She shared the information with me, Julie Quirk. And, it led me onto a road to recovery. And, I couldn't have done it without you guys because I was paying some $800 a month in credit card bills, which was devastating. You know, my whole check was gone. Pacific Debt is my own personal lifesaver. I was in so much debt I had no idea where to turn or what to do. I am a Christian so the very first thing I do with any problems is to go to my HEAVENLY FATHER and pray and ask Him to help me. The very next day I got a call from some very nice young man asking me did I need help with my bills. I had to literally sit down. That’s how quickly God acted on this problem. One thing led to another nd before long I was making payments to Pacific Debt that was about 1/3 of what it cost me for the actual bills. EVERYONE without exception has been so kind, not judge mental and as kind to me or even kinder than some family members. I have been enrolled in a debt settlement program with Pacific Debt for approximately the past year. From the beginning, the process was very streamlined and helpful, and they offered me a very good deal based upon the debt I had incurred.
